At Customer First Xpress, our customers really do come first!
As the courier market seemed to be getting diluted with big courier companies being acquired by even bigger conglomerates, the level of service provided to local companies has been in a serious decline. CFX was established in 2016 to provide the level of detail that customers deserved, but were not getting. CFX quickly gained a reputation for providing services that far and away exceed those from the competition. As “hands-on” owners, Dan and Mark realize that the only way to succeed is to provide services that can’t be matched.

CFXpress owner Dan Rechtin has 25 years of experience in the courier industry. While 15 of these years were spent in an operations role, he has been primarily focused on the sales aspect for the past 7 years.
MARK RUZICKA
OWNER
CFXpress owner Mark Ruzicka has over 30 years of sales and sales management experience under his belt. He has spent 20 years in sales & customer management. In the past 12 years, Mark has focused specifically on sales management in the courier industry.
